Wrinkle Reduction

This prescription-only treatment is designed to temporarily reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles in certain facial areas. Following consultation, your practitioner will determine whether this treatment is suitable and, if so, create a personalised plan. Some individuals may notice changes within several days, with the duration of effect varying between people.

Areas of treatment:

  • Upper face - Forehead, frown, crows feet, bunny lines and eyebrow lift

  • Lower face - Lip flip, mouth frown lines, barcode/smokers lines, gummy smile and chin

  • Neck and body - neck lines / platysma bands (nerfertiti neck lift), jaw clenching - masseters (TMJ), facial slimming, underarms and hands for hyperhidrosis.

Possible side effects:

  • Redness, swelling, bruising or tenderness at the treated site

  • Temporary headache or a sensation of tightness

  • Asymmetry 

  • Rarely, temporary muscle weakness may occur

Pre-Treatment Guidelines:

  • Avoid alcohol, anti-inflammatories and blood-thinning supplements for 24-48 hours

  • Ensure you are well and not pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Attend your consultation to dsicuss medical history

Post-Treatment Guidelines:

  • Do not rub or massage treated areas 

  • Avoid makeup on the treated area for at least 12 hours

  • Avoid strenuous exercise, excessive heat and swimming pools for 24 - 48 hours
